Open the door to the perfect Reception Furniture
Depending on the size and style of your business the reception may be a very large area, a part of the entrance or your office may not even have a dedicated reception area. However all offices have one thing is common and that is that first impression counts. Make sure that visitors and employees like the reception furniture they see as they step in to your office.    

Reception desks

Today’s reception desks range from standard value models to modular options tailored to your needs or bespoke one off units made exclusively for your office. Consider whether a low or high desk best serves your needs but do look into regulations around disability access. Most counters would now include a lower end to accommodate for wheelchair users. Many models will have a choice of colours and sometimes material, then find out if lighting and cable management is included or available as optional extras.

Reception seating

Before choosing your reception seating, take a look at the options available – e.g. leather, modular, beam, designer - and consider what style will best fit the space and what look you wish to create. Perhaps a sofa is not the best choice for your reception if people are not likely to sit there for a longer time. The space may be better equipped for a more flexible option like; a couple of tub chairs, an upholstered bench or modular pod seating.

Reception coffee tables

A reception coffee table is not just there to put down a glass of water, coffee or literature – with an exciting design in moulded glass, unusual shapes or swivel legs you can make the coffee table an eye catching feature of the reception area. Why not choose a coffee table with similar design features as the reception desk?  Make sure to select a table that fits in nicely with your seating, with so many sizes, shapes and styles available you are sure to find a table that matches or contrasts your other reception furniture.
